​Ibrahim Osman is the Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) at YouthClimate Connect (YCC). He currently oversees the design and enforcement of the entire evidence system for the organization's pivotal 2026 Pilot Year.​As a Co-founder, Ibrahim has served in continuous executive leadership since YCC's inception in 2023. He was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) until early 2025, where he was responsible for building YCC's operational and governance backbone. He then accepted a focused, strategic assignment to lead the MEAL function—the organization's most critical risk mitigation priority.

​Grounded in Data Analytics and his executive experience, Ibrahim ensures the rigor of the entire system. He leverages his expertise— including roles as Data Analytics lead at the Sudan Climate Collective and MEAL Manager at the Women Development and Environment Organization (WDEO) to: - ​Design and enforce the YCC MEAL System and Policy. ​- Guarantee that every program is measurable, compliant, and audit-ready.
