She is a seasoned Brand Strategist and Growth Manager working with various firms to shape narratives that drive connection, awareness, and meaningful engagement. Her passion for communication extends beyond brands and ideas into reality and purpose. At YouthClimate Connect (YCC), where she serves as a Media and Communications Coordinator, Joy channels her storytelling expertise to educate, inform, and inspire environmentally conscious actions through creative communication and content.

From an early age, recycling and environmental care have been a personal mission. From gathering plastic waste to clean up her community, to supporting children’s education with proceeds from recycled materials, Joy has always believed in small actions that ripple into larger change.

Over the years, she has deepened her understanding of sustainability and continues to lend her voice and skills. Indeed, her goal is to amplify the world voices, one voice at a time and as much as she can for climate education and advocacy across media platforms and every process of communicating information.
